Our Menus

At Encore On Colfax, we’re pleased to serve a wide variety of Seasonal American Cuisine. As each season changes, so does the menu, to ensure that we’re preparing the best food available, with the best ingredients.

Our signature menu items never change. These are guest favorites – both old and new – such as our popular Encore Burger, Encore French Fries with hot mustard drizzle, and Telluride Jalapeño Poppers. We present nightly specials, and we also often have lunch specials. We offer a variety of vegetarian and gluten free selections, and we can always prepare our dishes to accommodate food allergies.
